Getting itunes from Mac to Phone

Ok so I transferred all the music from my google music to my itunes on Mac. Cool. However it isn't showing up on my iphone after 2 days.
How do I get that music to my device? Shouldn't it have already synced

iTunes Match should be pretty automatic if you turned it on in iTunes and on your iPhone. If you already had the music in Google Music why don't you just use the Google Music app?

Have you plugged the phone into the computer?
If so, you may have the manual sync on. Just select the files you want on your phone and drag them over the phone and drop.

I bought a new iPhone 5s and iTunes doesn't recognize my new phone at all, like won't even acknowledge it's existence

Have you updated iTunes recently? Old versions won't recognize iOS7 devices.
