I know it is the most important meal of the day, but it always the easiest to skip. I always seem to trade 15 mins of extra sleep for having time to eat breakfast. Anybody in the same boat?

I usually skip breakfast. I am not hungry in the mornings.

My eating habits are terrible. I probably eat one meal in a day more than one day a week.

I eat it a couple times a week. I don't find it mandatory.

I never skip breakfast.

I just feel "off" if I don't get some food in my system in the mornings.

I did the same until I tried chick-n-minis from Chick-Fil-A. Now I wake up 15 mins earlier than before just to get them.

I usually go with some oatmeal if I'm in a hurry. If I have some time, I'll whip up a scramble with all the fixings.

Not the most important meal of the day.

I rarely eat breakfast as I do intermittent fasting most days.
