Do you ever wake up yelling?

Did so this morning.
This was actually the third time it has happened to me within a two-week span...the last one before this morning was in a barracks that just about woke up everyone
It's weird though. They are all variations of the same dream, and I consciously know it's coming now when in the dream. I've had a history of having recurring dreams though.

I have a history of sleep paralysis, and the first couple of times it happened, I woke up in a bit of a panic and called out for help after I was able to move again. Now I'm used to it and just have to wait it out.

I don't wake up yelling but I have woken up in the middle of taking a piss in the laundry area of a hotel, nude. I was locked out of my room too.

Waking up to turn the light on in my room. When I get to the switch, it doesn't work. When I realize it, I know something/someone is about to attack me.
Then I get attacked
It's weird though. There is normally something about the situation or my room that I know wasn't right when I wake up and think about the dream, however it's getting harder to figure out what that is

Not yelling...I've woken up gasping for air

shite sucks...I can have a normal sleep paralysis dream where my cat is on me and I can't move or to the extreme where someone is trying to smother me with a pillow
