Uganda's got "homos"

Their term, not mine. Wow. Just when you think they can't get any more fricked up. It's a full-on witch hunt over there.
How do you qualify as a "Top Homo?"

It's not just in Africa that this shite happens. It happens all over the place. I know a lot of people are considering what France is doing as genocide against gypsies.

Not saying you agree with these people but for what reason would anyone consider that genocide? From my understanding they're just trying to get rid of a largely criminal element in a large group of illegal aliens

I ain't an expert on the situation, but from what I gather, it's not so much the crime. No one has a problem with stopping the crime. But you can't label an entire group of people criminals. They are legally allowed to enter the country. From there it gets a little more complicated. Some of them remain legal and some of them are illegal. But in practice, it looks like there is little distinction.Also, there is evidence that a lot of the people being deported are french citizens who are descendants of the Roma who've lived in France for generations.
When I've been in Europe recently, people were pretty angry with the French over this.
