Would any of you brilliant mother-farkers be able to straighten this as a logo?

Could someone use photoshop to make this into a symmetrical black and white logo?

So I got a hold of photoshop and did my best. It's still a little rough around the edges.
Any help, advice, improvement would be greatly appreciated.

Don't use photoshop. Use a program like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape that creates vector art.

Quick tracing, some of the edges are wonky. I can clean it up later if need be.
