Good/Bad?
Who did I overpay for and who is good value?
Infield is shaky but pitchers and OF are solid. I think I got closers too early, there were solid ones going for nothing late. Thoughts?

A little weak at 1B and I would have gone bargain hunting at SS, but otherwise a very good team. I like some of the prices.

How many teams? That would have a tremendous affect on how I think you did.

Honestly, that's pretty weak. I hope for your sake it's a 14-16 teamer.

Cmon

That's a solid team save for a few spots.

I wouldn't pay those prices for Perez, Buccholz, Feliz, and Iwakuma, though.

Solid looking staff and OF but the INF just brings it down. 3B/1B production typically plays a big part anchoring the offense... and it's quite underwhelming.

Yeah, the OF would have to carry the offense. Guys like Pence, Holiday, Cuddyer, and Braun are consistent year in and year out, so that would be a huge plus as far as putting up numbers. Desmond and Dom Brown will contribute nicely. Rendon and Bogarts have shown flashes but are wildcards at this point. Perez and Napoli won't kill you, thought I wouldn't pay the price to have them on any of my teams. Rollins and Alonso are bad at this point.

Pitching would be fine.

Would probably be a fringe playoff team depending on the league size

I think that's the best way to describe it.

-I don't get Bogarts at $9... He's starting over Middlebrooks? and then if he is you are counting on a rookie.

-Rollins is getting old.

-Rendon on potential i guess but he was pretty inconsistent.
-And then throw in Alonso in that group... yuk

I think you got some nice gets in the outfield for the price.

Seems as a whole for your offense you went after potential aggressively and relying on some aging/ comeback players.

I appreciate the input guys

I think I found some good value in guys like Fowler, Holiday, and Brown. I also thought $7 for Buccholz was solid.

I noticed a ton of closers going late for very cheap. $10 for Feliz looks terrible.

Bogaerts is starting at SS for Boston.

Middlebrooks at 3B.

I hate most of his IF, but Bogaerts at nine bucks ain't bad.

I don't think you need to go do anything crazy to improve your INF. Even someone like Mitch Moreland or Justin Morneau off the top of my head can help out your situation for additional corner power. Inexpensive helpful options.
