How would the OT feel if your mayor gave permission to the local police to pull you over for no reason other than to give you a "good driving" ticket.

So the man would waste my time telling me I'm following the law? Nah, I'm good. Lees gov is what I want.

I think this is a great idea. The stop could be used as an excuse to search the vehicle. I would keep the fines for good driving under 200 dollars though.

Is the city going to pay me for driving good like I have to pay them when I drive bad?
