Lack of consistently playing hard

I love this team and I think CJJ will grow into this job. The fact hat we lost this game the way we did and played so hard shows the potential of this team. CJJ needs to seek help from the "Master Motivator" himself and learn the secrets to getting them ready every game. This team will be in the NIT with hopefully a home game because it's where they're effort has landed them.
