Why does it bother women so much that men don't express their thoughts?

I've noticed this from personal experience. It drives em nuts if you don't tell em every little thing that's on your mind.

They don't want that shite to pile up and explode later.

Just think of it this way... the more you explain your feelings to your SO, the easier it is to Jedi her.

Communication for them is like sex drive for dudes. They thrive on it.

I married a female alfa, so I don't have to worry about that.

It fascinates me that women assume men are in deep thought when they are likely contemplating navel fuzz.

This

I've lost count of the number of times Mrs. T has looked at me and said something to the effect of "you have this thoughtful look on your face.....what's wrong?"

And my mind is literally a complete blank. shite, sometimes I'll make up something just so she doesn't think I'm evading the question

Hell yes. My wife is watching ice skating and has been talking about it nonstop for 45 minutes. I just say yep once in a while and keep reading TD. I haven't registered a word.

Eh...I don't play the games. The wife and I communicate. I'm genuinely interested when she talks about her day and how shitty it is being in an all female major. She's genuinely interested when I explain torque specs of a bolt and how important they are, ideas for my car, and philosophy.

Communication and dedication are the two most important things in marriage.

If I ask her what's wrong and get no answer, my response is always the same. "I wouldn't ask if I didn't already know. Say it now so we can move on."

As for that alpha crap...why people act like itsvsupports men

Seriously man. The inquisitive "What are you thinking about?"
"Not a damn thing babe. Just a complete abyss of blank." Of course I don't actually tell her that...

That's just how it goes, man

Whenever I take wifey anywhere, she just chatters my ear off. I don't mind, really--I know the cadence of her speech, so even if I'm not really paying attention I know when to "tune in" to the last bit of what she's saying so I can give a competent response.

The sheer volume of her words is mind-boggling, though

I mean, if I'm not completely spacing out, I'm usually thinking about her nethers, but that's not always kosher to mention at the moment, either

We develop this ability quickly.
