Farmers Almanac more accurate than government climate scientists

Farmers have simple agenda ....to farm. Not much else.

And farming practices and planning are heavily reliant on accurate weather predictions.

The CPC has 18 years of climate prediction verification data

I guess the question would be exactly how often climate scientists have been wrong. The almanac is only reliable 80% of the time. That's good but clearly something is missing from their equation. I would say it does point to their parts of the equation outweighing the parts the climate scientists seem to be so focused on.

All I know is that my persimmon seeds were dead on right with their prediction of a cold, snowy/icy winter around my part of the country.
