how do you tell someone they are ruining their life

so, i have a co-worker who is preggers with a married man's baby. she told me this in confidence because i had a thing with a married man last year (i didnt know he was married fwiw) and she figured i would sympathize (i don't).
so, he is telling her that he will hire a divorce attorney and leave his wife in may (he is an accountant and doesnt want to find a place to live during the busiest time of the year). i think hes stalling and never going to leave the wife. on the off chance he isnt bluffing, why would she trust him enough to be with a man like that...
is there anything i can say to knock some sense in her?

If he's telling her that, it may be true. Look at the flip side. If he wanted her to have an abortion, he dang sure wouldn't say that.
