Break up the Cavaliers, they have won 5 in a row and sit at 21-33, just 3 games out of the playoffs. They have a chance to go on a nice run with the following schedule. I think this team finally realizes that its time to start living up to their potential. Next 5 games:

Orlando
@Toronto
Washington
Toronto
OKC

I can see them going 4-1 in that stretch. What are their chances of making a second half run and making the playoffs?

3 of those teams I believe have better records than the cavs. At best, 3-2

The Cavs have been MUCH better as of late and gaining confidence. If they want to get into the playoff conversation for real, they have to go 4-1 and i think that is realistic. I might be crazy, but this team has too much talent to not make it.

I think they can make the playoffs, but I see the Cavs going 3-2 at best in the 5 games you listed.

Anthony Bennett averages 25 and 10 the rest of the year and Cavs run the table in the second half.

I know it was the cute story of the season to hate on Anthony Bennett, but the kid is starting to come around. He has all the tools to do it! If he keeps improving, the Cavs will be in good shape.

With his tremendous work ethic, under the tutelage of Mike Brown and the foundation that is the Cleveland Cavaliers organization, he has no choice but to flourish.

21-33 gets you a playoff spot in the east
Meanwhile 500 in the west still may not be good enough for an 8th seed.

What is the point in making the playoffs as the 7th or 8th seed in the NBA? When is the last time a 7th or 8th seed won a championship?
