I have head rumora of this, but I have yet to log on and check it out. Most of the regulars here have been playing titanfall. Ill log into my xbone this evening and see if this is an isolated incident.

im still lvl 18 or something, but all my progressions have been set back at square 1

This happened to my friend, but I haven't been on since he told me tho.
He also looked into it and the Devs have said that it is not a permanent thing. You should eventually have everything restored.

Same here. Noticed it yesterday for one match in tdm but they were back when I did rush. Now today it's gone in all playlists. Soldier progression still had my progress logged but I just unlocked the L85 and wanted to plow some noobs.

This happens with BF4 on all platforms which makes the campaign useless. This has been an issue since the day the game was released.
ETA: Just saw that you're most likely referring to Multiplayer and not campaign. This is a new issue that I believe started not too long ago caused by recent updated I believe. But I think this is also an issue across all platforms and not just the PS3.

OP here, it's now been 3 or 4 days. For whatever reason, I have all my upgrades when I play Conquest and no other game mode

That's because Conquest is the best game mode. And don't you ever fricking forget it.
