I'd also like clarification on "business style", but Olive or Twist might be one. People are usually dressed nicely there for happy hour. Can't vouch for the grub but they do have a small food menu.

To echo folks here, Pelican.. Lock and Key.. Olive or Twist.. Bulldog (although there is smoking inside if you don't want that smell on you)..
Flemings happy hour is great but the tables BARELY fit 4 people so you'd have to be at the bar and you have to get there right at 5 to guarantee a spot.
