Attempted murder and domestic violence charges are pending I suppose.

My ex-wife ran over me with my own car and the people at then Summit hospital laughed. In all fairness she claimed it was an accident. She floored the gas and she said her foot slipped off the clutch.

Have to watch out for that reverse move.

She definitely suffers from bitchy resting face.

Looks like attempted 2nd degree murder and damage to property. She keyed his car before trying to kill him.

Doesn't this satisfy Domestic Abuse Battery?

Attempted 2nd degree murder is the better of those charges even though they both apply. ALso, it doesn't say that they live together.

Edit: Which means the DA will drop it down to trespassing and she'll get 6 months probation

She looks familiar. I may have gone to high school with her. If so, she's definitely a crazy beach

Why? I mean if there is evidence why would the DA compromise on a lesser charge?

Seems like a huge issue, why would the DA intentionally cut such a break in such a way that going to trial risks longer jailtime. I don't like the smell of that.

I'm thinking she's handcuffed, but i want to believe she's trying to make a heart.

I was being a bit facetious, but this will no doubt get dropped down and/or pleaded out to a lesser charge. They are looking to save time in court, not prosecute people for what they've been arrested for.

I don't understand the purpose of getting a trial if you get a capricious offer to lesser charges. It undermines the right to trial.
