Greatest Sporting Event Ever?

The stage is set. The world's premier sporting event is being held in the mecca of soccer. The host nation is desperate to avenge a loss from more than 60 years ago.
I think this World Cup has a lot of potential. There are some great groups, and there should be a lot of exciting matches throughout the tournament. I honestly think this could be one of the greatest sporting events of all time. That is, of course, if Brazil is ready in time.
