Amarillo restaurant recommendations

Big Texan. Only time I ate in Amarillo. I ate it and the salad, roll, and shrimp. Couldn't put down the potatoe. Felt like crap for a few days.

Their cheeseburger is by far the best burger I've ever had. It had the perfect amount of grease. Fries are great too. This is a must visit.

OP: Also check out OHMS Cafe downtown.

Feldman's Wrong Way Diner in nearby Canyon is a good choice too.

Big Texan is a tourist trap only go there if you are going to do the 72 oz steak challenge. Otherwise there are better steakhouses to go to and places to eat as well. There is a place in Amarillo that has awesome Chicken Fried Steak but I forgot what it was called
