if they both don't win, something is fricked up. they were perfect and kicked the shite out of American hustle and even lone survivor, which was hard to do because lone survivor was great

MM is legit as an actor. He just got mired in rom com hell while collecting easy checks.

If you notice, the best actors are the ones who are willing to collect "easy checks." Once you have enough in the bank, you are fearless to try some of the less mainstream projects out there. I though Nicolas Cage had irredeemably sold out, but he goes and does Port of Call: New Orleans, and blows me away.

They ought to win....the fact that this movie has a "pro gay" message really helps them...not knocking that; I loved this movie. Best I have seen in a while.
