CW renews Arrow, Supernatural, The Originals, Vampire Diaries, and Reign

"This season we’ve had great success with our new hit series ‘The Originals’ paired with ‘Supernatural,’ giving us our best Tuesday nights in years. ‘The Vampire Diaries’ is No. 2 in its time period in the young adult demos, and with ‘Arrow’ continuing to gain among young men, and ‘Reign’ growing its time period, we now have strong nights on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday," said The CW’s president Mark Pedowitz in a statement released today. "I’m very pleased to announce early pickups for all five series, and let our fans know they’ll have more great drama to look forward to next season."

I think if The Tomorrow People gets canceled CW will pair Arrow with The Flash next fall.

I love Supernatural but they need to go to shorter seasons or wrap it up. I get tired of the pointless episodes now. Great show though (don't attack me Fear)

first it was supposed to end at season 5
then season 7
now season 10
show is gonna keep on as long as jared and jensen keep agreeing to contracts. rumor however is that jensen would be considered for tony stark in an iron man reboot - but hell thats probably 5 years away so who knows.

I like him as an actor and all but I dont think he has the kind of charisma needed to follow RDJs Stark.

Season 5 was the original ending. That's common knowledge. Season 7 was almost the ending because the writers almost blew it all up.
The goal was to get to season 10 and wrap it up for a while now ala Smallville.
