Coaches guaranteed LF 1200 yds this year?

Heard on Hanigriff and Ponmasky's they made this promise while recruiting him.
To get those numbers he'd have to get the Lionshare of the carries.
I know many people don't think it's his job day one, but this may be the case.

I can't find the interview transcript, but I remember LF stating that it was his intention to win the Heisman as a freshman and it was said with a stone cold killer straight face. The coaches have told him something.

Don't need a lot of carries when you're breaking 60+ yard runson on the regular.

If he is the best back and learns the plays, why the hell wouldn't/shouldn't he get the majority of the carries?
