Ray Nagin and Kathleen Blanco: What a duo...

That has to be the worst duo in politics to ever deal with a major natural disaster in this country. One is incompetent and crying instead of making tough decisions and the other is delaying the cities rebuilding process via corrupt backroom business and outlandish chocolate city remarks on national TV.
Add W. and FEMA Brown to the mix, its no wonder that whole fricking month was a disaster.
Louisiana should be ashamed we elected these two.

The difference is only half of what the media reported negative about Blanco turned out to be true. (e.g. LINK )

Kathleen gets a bum rap. Her dry run of contraflow resulted in a million people being successfully evacuated from New Orleans in record time. Contrast that with the two cluster fricks in Houston.

I'm glad ray nagin got his but he is in no way the only corrupt Louisiana government employee to use his position for personal/political gain in the past eight years. BN...JL....LG...CT...BR...BJ...
