Tre Turner - 2016 RB - Holy Cross (NOLA)

HUDL highlights
Tre just picked up his 5th offer, and his 3rd from an SEC school in getting an Ole Miss offer. Along with the offer from the Rebels, he has received offers from Mississippi State, Arizona State, Arkansas and Tulane.
He is bursting on the scene after a sophomore campaign which saw him rush for 709 yards on 107 carries as the Tigers back up RB. He has been clocked at a sub 4.4 40 yd dash, and has decent size for a 2016 kid at 5'10" and 185 lbs.
I fully expect him to be a highly ranked prospect for 2016, and as he gets out to more camps, his name will become a mainstay on this board.

I don't know about Turner but Chigbu is LSU's to lose from what I've heard from HC's staff.

He's going to be really fast once he leaves HS. How does he feel about LSU?

I always find it interesting to see who UGA offers in Louisiana, because they rarely throw out offers to guys over here.
They offered RB Williams from Ehret last year early but backed off when they filled their budget of RBs.
UGA is always listed as one of the teams with the most future NFL talent, so if they offer a kid in Louisiana, I take that as an endorsement of the kids talent.

UGA also offered Cam Sims fwiw. They seemingly offer La kids at random. Chigbu not Tyron Johnson, Sims but didn't hear anything about UGA with Quinn Noil or Dupre. I don't think richt wants to worry ab fighting lsu tbh, they target more realistic pulls

Sumlin personally stopped by Holy Cross to offer Chigbu.
The Chigbu family puts a tremendous onus on education. I could very easily see him leave not just the state, but also the SEC.

well, there are at least 5 sec caliber wr for 2015. we won't take all of them because we can recruit other states. aTm can't recruit anywhere else so they are going to offer 20 la. players.

Word is I hear that Chigbu and Turner were not invited to LSU JR Day but were invited to and will be going to Florida State's JR day.

I'm glad that HC is finally getting some guys back into the spotlight. Things were getting pretty rough before the new Campus. Yes, I'm a proud alum, lol.

Tre did not attend due to his obligations as a member of HC's baseball team. will probably have to wait till the summer time to it the camp circuit
