Will there be a Fournette Factor?

Do you think having such a high profile young player like LF will be a help in recruiting the 2015 Class? I notice RK didn't really help Mississippi as much as they thought he would and he was very active in recruiting. Not sure if LF will be as active.
Interested to see what my esteemed colleagues on the RB think.

RK is not liked by others. LF is a leader but probably won't be a direct recruiter.

LF hated the recruiting process (per his interview during the UAAA game). I doubt he involves himself much.

Word is he hated the process. Fournette's a leader. He'd let his play recruit for him

I think I heard LF say he'll let guys decide which situation is best for them...no need to actively recruit b/c at the end they will do what's in their best interest.

LF shows signs of marketing genius with the marquis "BUGA Nation". Future recruits will be drawn too and subsequently join BUGA Nation with their respective LOIs. Book it!

If and when he blows up on the national scene his freshman year, he will gain athlete fans who desire to be great like him. Gurley's presence got two top 5 RBs to come to UGA, Ingram/Richardson's presence keeps top 5 star running backs knocking atBama.
I think he could not only get RBs, but 5 star players in general to knock down our doors.

I'm sure I'll feel stupid for asking this after the fact, but who is RK?
ETA: Nkemdiche?

I think it could help with the OL. Offensive lineman should want to come and run block for him

LSU recruits at the highest levels already.

That right there will be the lf effect. Sometimes the best salesman says the least. No need to push when your product speaks for itself.
LF will draw recruits to LSU by the example he sets both on and off the field. As others have said, he is a natural born leader, and those who want to acheive greatness will be drawn to BR to contribute to building something special.

In a recent interview, the Teuhema brothers' guardian said one of the factors in Sione and Maea choosing LSU was so that Maea (5*, OT) could block for "the no. 1 running back in the country".
It has already begun.

If he shows out against the SEC, early Heisman candidate, or even later...yep.

I don't expect him to have much impact on the 2015 recruiting class, but I think he has potential to be the type of player that will positively influence younger kids opinion of the school for years to come, the same way that Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu are still helping LSU get players nationwide.

Like this. The first of many.

Without question IMHO. LF's presence will go a long way towards influencing kids in high school. Assuming of course that he plays to his potential. Just listen to the recruits who have mentioned TM7 and PP7 as factors in their decision.

Grimes will be a big factor in our O line recruits also. He's already done more in 2 mos than stud did in years to advance our recruiting nationally.

He has to live up to the hype, but I believe he will. It really helps if ESPN gets on the hype train, because if it were just about going somewhere that has had good RBs recently, most RB prospects would have Wisconsin high on their lists. The ESPN effect is real.

That's what helped Greg Robinson this year. As Mason and Marshall ran roughshod over everybody, Greg was being mentioned more and more every week. Some are saying top 10 top 5 pick.
Fournette dominating in year one, will draw a lot of attention to our OL.
