Playstation Pulse Headset for PS4 issues

anyone having any? i bought/used them yesterday with no issues at all. i left them plugged in over night so they could charge in standby mode on the ps4.
well, i just finished watching the walking dead, and i was about to start up some CoD. and now the stupid things won't work. i can turn the switch on and off and the blue light still blinks like it's trying to connect the console. anyone have any issues with them since the latest update?

elite. i dont even have 5 hours on them. probably not even 3 hours. probably gonna get TBs cause of it.

Don't get TB's, try some Astro a30's or the new Sony Gold headset (I hear it's good and only $100).

i can't seem to find these in town anywhere. best buy says they're on preorder along with amazon.
