Let's discuss Benny Hill

How big was he in America back in his day? I was born in '78, and the only thing I know of was from the early days of Comedy Central. The Benny Hill Show was shown a couple of times a day, and I thought it was pure comedic genius. I still think it's awesome. Henry McGee, Jackie Wright, Bob Todd.... and let us not forget Hill's Angels, with the Louise English, Sue Upton and the ravishing Jane Leeves. It appears he's been largely forgotten by history, which is unfortunate.

I used to watch whenever i saw it on, i was very young but i remember. It had nudity sometimes didn't it?

I think the English broadcasts might've had some mild nudity? Maybe someone more informed can enlighten us. I always thought those oddly-timed dance numbers were a weird part of the show, but I sure enjoyed 'em.

Maybe it was because i was so young, a flash of side boob was like full on porn lol. I was born in '77 so I can't really remember too much.

Bit raunchy, some light nudity. If you've seen a couple of Benny Hill shows, you've seen them all.
