This team all depends on him. If he decides to show up and play like a veteran, the team feeds off that. When he gets lazy and unfocused, so does the team. This game was over in warmups. Two fouls in the first five minutes of each half?

On a side note, you can't sit JOB for 16 mins straight in a game no matter what. Not when your NCAAT birth is on the line. That 13 point halftime lead was too much.

You really blame him for foul #2? Go back and watch

All very good points. Letting the lead get to 13 pts and having JOB on the bench for 16 minutes was very questionable.

No it wasn't. It was down to like 5 in 5 mins of the 2nd half then the refs put him back on the bench.

Tonight wasn't Johnny's best moment for sure. Johnny jones I mean... I might have brought him back during the 11-0 run

JOB came out and you can tell how he carries himself as an indication of how he will play. The worst part is our team is unreal down low but a lot of it is Mickey and Martin (to a lesser extent) getting open looks or clean up off JOB.

I still would rather JOB pick up 4 fouls in the first half than watch Malone, Odo, or Hammink come in and give up points on both ends. Those guys are black holes on both ends. Coach JJ blew it sitting him that long in both halves. SEASON IS ON THE LINE!

The only time the team played well tonight was with him him the game.

That was the start of the 2nd half and after the under 8 timeout.

And yes the refs called it against us bad but we were lazy. How many offensive rebounds in crucial moments? That should never happen to us with our size. How many fouls were because someone gave up a drive leaving someone to choose between an easy bucket or a foul? Martin let his guy go every time thinking he could block him from behind. It led to 7-8 fouls I felt.

Cause guys are out of position because they're trying to avoid foul calls on the shot.

He played him with 3 and he picked up a 4th in a matter of minutes. Not much JJ could do.
