OAKLAND (KCBS) — The 14-year-old Oakland boy suspected in the fatal shooting of his 17-year-old sister last week has turned himself in.
Police say they believe Mario Toliver, Jr., fatally shot his sister, Justice Toliver, at their home at a high-rise apartment building at 801 Webster St. in Oakland’s Chinatown district around 12:15 p.m. last Thursday.
Police said the shooting happened after the siblings got into a fight over laundry. Justice Toliver leaves behind a 2-year-old daughter.

What are you talking about? The 14 year old kid already has a kid from knocking up some girl (that part of the story is not in the link but I heard it on the radio). The sister left behind a 2-year old kid. What is so hard to understand?
