well fedgov is completely responsible for what is in the policies, because they thoroughly regulate every inch of them now.

If I sold private insurance making the false claims this President made selling Obamacare I would have had my license suspended, I would have had endless counts of fraud by enducement/enticement thrown at me, prison time, and no amount of E&O coverage would have protected me civilly.There would have been an episode of American Greed dedicated to me.
