Some Greyhound passengers claim the bus company canceled their trip, dropped them off in an unfamiliar city, and left them to fend for themselves.

They were hopeless in the vast nothingness that is...Baton Rouge? That's a big arse city. With coeds trying to stay warm in their dorm rooms. And they felt homeless?

we would have provided them with hotel accommodations as we did for the other two customers whose schedules were canceled.

Sounds like their fault, not greyhounds.

Well of course they are. They wouldn't have been on a damn bus trying to get the McComb if they were rich.

No excuse for Greyhound to be asshats, but not surprised in any way.

I love how they didn't think to contact greyhound apparently, yet bitch because they didn't seek them out to help them

No way that is the whole story. No way.

And they had to panhandle in BR and couldnt get warm and had to go to a shelter?

SO they're poor and dirty and dont have credit cards, cash, checks, a bank, family, friends, anything?

Yeah there's another side to this story.

Some people just expect everything to be given to them, without having to do anything.

As I have said before, if we shipped all the poors to South America these problems wouldn't pop up.

hah. Like greyhound shouldve just found them and booked them a hotel room and paid for it and driven them their without having to be asked to help at all.

This is funny, but the wording from her statement is what makes it hilarious.
quote:

Now I know what it feels to be homeless. I know now, first hand... no accommodations from Greyhound,"

That's just an absurd statement.
