OT Lifters: Deload Week Diet?

How much do yal change your diet for a deload week?
I've never done a scheduled deload week, but I've been reading article after article about how beneficial it is so I'm going to try one next week. My question is how I should modify my diet.
At the moment I'm lifting pretty heavy so I'm going balls to the wall on my intake as well. I'm eating almost a dozen egg whites a day, chicken breasts and fish, greek yogurt, a protein shake in the morning and another at night after the gym.
Should I scale this back as well? I don't want to starve myself during the week, but I also don't want to put on any weight either. Thoughts anyone? Also, any recommendations on what to do this week outside of just stretching a ton and some lift mobility stuff? TIA!
