Poll: Mike Huckabee leads 2016 GOP hopefuls

In the wake of his “Uncle Sugar” comments at the Republican National Committee Winter Meeting, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee has taken the lead in a hypothetical 2016 Republican primary, according to a new poll.
Huckabee gained 3 points in the past month to top the GOP field at 16 percent, according to a left-leaning Public Policy Polling survey released Wednesday.
Behind him were former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, at 14 percent; New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, at 13 percent; Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, at 11 percent; and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio tied at 8 percent.

Jesus. No he doesn't. Right now, news outlets are grabbing for attention. I read on drudge that Palin has the highest likeability factor of all GOP candidates. Do you really think Palin or Huckabee will get the nod? Hell no. These are just articles to stir up controversy.
The only real contenders are Rand Paul (which will be the only choice), Chris Christie, and throw in 2 or 3 governors/senators. But the only 2 real players are Paul and Christie, and Paul has a significant edge.

I don't believe the poll. I know lots of republicans IRL. NONE of them like Huckabee.

Not really any signs of organization yet from what I've seen. Also, Mum is very cold to the idea.
If Christie continues to fall and Jeb doesn't run, this guy is going to be all pumped up and ready for his close up
