what is the deal with phish? this fall tour has been pretty disappointing so far. Has trey mailed it in? Is phish the new WSP?

Sometimes I feel like they're just not trying which is disappointing

They turn it on like every 3-5 shows. The rest is just coasting.

Sometimes about once every couple of tours they'll have a fricking awesome week or two where every show is really good (like the first two weeks of Summer Tour this year)

say what you want about the biscuits becoming a nostalgia act but 2014 has been their best year since 2010. At least they still have the ability to bring the heat/jams when they want to like 09/14/14. Phish is suspect in that regard.

jam blands have been blander than ever this year. Thank god for prog rock, david bowie, funk, and reggae.

so all of that said...

what are the good jams from the first two shows of tour?

I paid zero attention to it this weekend, I know nothing
