About to start tonights episode with bourbon in hand, I guess this show really has been slipping the past few seasons.

I posted to tino in a different thread about it with no response. I was pretty pissed too.

I normally enjoy watching the show later so I can follow along with guys post and thoughts about a scene and episode, guess not tonight

normally this probably wouldn't be a worthwhile excuse, but since this is an lsu board and the show is set in kentucky, the lsu-uk game probably put a damper on the amount of people watching in real time.

normally someone post a day or two before a written preview of the show and we did not even get that

Tino
apparently Tino just blew it tonight. I saw him posting earlier.

It looks like Boyd is about to have showdown with the Crowe clan, so that should be pretty good.
I wonder how far they are going to go with the investigation of Raylan's involvement in Nicky's death. Seems like Art sure is trying to birddog it, which it kind of surprising to me. You would think he would want to know as little as possible about it since it could make him look bad being Raylan's boss, not to mention it would destroy Raylan.

Or Art already "knows" exactly what happened, and is simply looking for confirmation.
To be fair, Nicky was threatening Winona and the baby, so I'm sure that'll help sway Art's thinking.

The dialogue between Raylan and Boyd, once the highlight of the show, has become almost forced and over the top. Last night was so bad it was as if Adam Sorkin was writing hillbilly dialogue for the show.

Art started suspecting when Tonin tried to get in touch with Raylan right before he was killed, but he didn't know at the end of last season because he was gloating to Rayland about how he was right in Tonin taking care of Nicky on his own.
It may not be up to Art as to what happens with the inestigation because it sounds like other people will find out about it.

I didn't understand what the bodies were about at the end of the episode. Can someone explain?

Being a cliffhanger and all would suggest that they will do the explaining next episode.

Cool. I just thought I had missed something and that I was supposed to know a little about the bodies.

I think Boyd plans to deposit them in a place that will incriminate someone else. Possibly the funeral home guy. Possibly the corrupt cop. Possibly Cousin Johnny.
