Vehicle value plate fee

I am doing my taxes on TT for the first time and I have a question. I bought a new truck last year and it is asking for the make and model and the amount. Do they want the amount the vehicle is worth or the amount of taxes for the registration?

I think it is asking for the license amount. It is a ad valorem tax in LA, so it is deductable.
