I just bought a house and just found 8 bags of top soil leftover. I emtied it out because it was a banked owned home and the yard has been barely maintenanced. Plus we live close to the water and there is very little top soil and a lot of sand.
Question is I found two bags of fertilizer/cow manure. WTF do I do with this?
