Need duck stamps for tomorrow morning

How do I go about getting them? One fed site was down and another says tht I can't use the receipt to hunt with and have to have the physical stamp on person unless my state participates in e-stamp program.

Wal mart should have them. Or maybe an ob'er didn't sign his and will give one to you.

Should. Post office has them but they closed today. The stamp machines in br do not carry them in my experience.
