Which OTer did I just witness perform the perfect escape ?

Just saw a guy scale down the balcony of a 2nd floor apartment using the gutter to avoid detection by the parents of the girl I'm assuming he fricked last night. The parents were at the front door about to unlock it while this brilliant young man made the perfect escape down the side balcony. He hit the ground as the parents were walking in the door.
