Planning on heading to Lake Chuck for work today around 2 pm. Maps on my phone say I 10 is closed a good way. Anybody know if they plan on opening it by then? And even then, I gotta pull a pretty big trailer.

Is this a suicide mission?

actually, based on the DOT site, most of what is closed is I-10 east bound...

have a good look at it and you may be able to make it on I-10 without a lot of detours...

I took 190 yesterday and the roads were horrible. Even hit black ice and spun out on one of the bridges. I don't know what they look like today but if they haven't melted I don't recommend.
