What happened to Michael Barash?

I remember he came to LSU as an early enrollee due to graduating early. I believe he was a top prospect from Florida as a catcher and provide good depth if not possibly compete for starting job.

Transferred to a JC to get playing time.

He left for a junior college back near his home. He wasn't cutting it and got buried on the cluster that is the depth chart at catcher. Moore and Chinea are much better hitters that have 2 and 3 more years on the team, respectively.

Barash came too early. He should have spent one more year back home in JUCO before heading down here that fast. He was an early enrollee remember?

Well, he had his hands wrong on the "home run hand off" vs UNO.
He was in Les Miles dog house since then.
