I-110 in BR closed due to icing

I-110 was closed at or near the I-10 bridge. Two wrecks on the raised portion of I-10 near Acadian Thruway when I passed there @ 4am.
Be careful and slow down out there, most bridges and overpasses have not been sanded yet.

Where would you check for other bridge closures?? Dotd website?? I need some info on the sunshine bridge.. Gonna be heading that way around 645...Should be good by then huh?

I would think so, DOTD was out sanding Airline overpasses when I passed there around 4:20.

I would think the sunshine bridge would be worse than the new bridge...if they are getting sleet/snow

Old Bridge in BR aka hwy 190 had DOTD going over it around 3am. As slow as they were going and how many flashing lights on trucks I saw I would assume they were putting down sand.
The Airline hwy Greenwell Springs bridge was sanded, but the Comite GS rd bridge was not. Hit some ice there. Granted I was in 4wd auto, but still felt the slipping.

Wreck on Plank Rd.(Hwy 67?) bridge at the BTR airport with injuries, southbound blocked. Multiple emergency vehicles.
All southbound traffic is being detoured on to Blunt Rd westbound.

Just traveled up plank to Hollywood to scenic hwy hwy (61) north to Zachary. I110 was closed the whole way.
