The New Orleans Voodoo have been assigned former LSU Football QB Ryan Perrilloux.

honestly as a VooDoo fan he isn't going to win the starting job... we lost Chris Dixon from last year, but Kurt Rocco should be back to reclaim the job he had after a good year in 2012, leading us to the playoffs. he was hampered by injuries and an ineffective line in 2013, but i'll take his experience over a guy who so far has never played Arena Football

He did well outside of Louisiana without his street gang. Hopefully he doesn't fall back into that.

Actually I couldn't care less.

there are big differences between outdoor and arena football for QBs... you need more touch, a quicker release, you have less room to run, and it doesn't hurt to be able to use the end zone nets

i wouldn't be shocked if perriloux plays. i would be shocked if he's the starter march 14th at tampa bay

EDIT- i know it's been 10 years now but wasn't he a multipurpose athlete in high school? he might not be locked into QB if he doesn't win the starting job

As a fan, this is awesome. Time to attend my first arena game.

Do they broadcast these or stream online? My eyes have not seen enough Perriloux at QB.

big difference, some of the best nfl players wouldnt shine in arena, but perriloux as a quarterback has all of that, and ten times better than rocco. and he has skyler green to throw to. recipe for success

It's a shame people deserve props for saying something correctly. Though reading this site over the years may actually warrant said props...
