For such things like hotel rooms and related purchases. Golden Gate (LV's oldest casino) and The D will accept the currency at five locations, including their front desks and the D’s Gift Shop. Guests also can use the currency at the D Hotel’s American Coney Island hot dog shop and Joe Vicari’s Andiamo Italian Steakhouse.
They say it will be a long time, however, before you can throw your bitcoins away in the slot machines?

Two downtown dump casinos past their prime.... actually the D is pretty new and better since it was recently renovated but this is just trying to attract more patrons.

FYI you win more money at these types of casinos.
New, nice ones are real tight on their slots and it seems the card games are more rigged. I counted through a whole deck once at a new casino playing blackjack and the deck had more low cards than high face cards in the shoe. (starting from a new shuffle, it's supposed to be even using high low count...the burned cards of course make it impossible to count it to break even, but in this case the difference was like -30)

True, which is why locals go there, if you are in Vegas to gamble you are an idiot if you play any game on the strip since the odds are not as good as those downtown or off strip
Problem is that at places like El Cortez that have single deck no shoe no automatic shuffle 3:2 blackjack, they watch you like a hawk on every hand and if you raise your bet they shuffle the deck. Pull out allt he stops
