Mine has been broken for a little over a year now...having a hard time giving $600 for something that costs $50 for the counter-top model....

I don't claim to know anything about microwave ovens. Just like where they come from, they all look alike to me....

The handle on mine is broken. There is no replacement part for the handle and the door will run a couple of hundred. So new is probably the easiest option.

I don't use a microwave because it cooks too slowly.

dont replace it. it really is not necessary other than popcorn and its more fun to make the jiffy pop anyway.
