If she dyed her hair black she could claim she's part Native American.

I noticed that. It makes no sense.

A Harvard lawyer who does not appreciate that those little details do have meaning or a politician who doesn't mind stretching the truth to make her or her position look better. Which is she? Or is she both?

You are probably right but it would be nice to see an honest candidate, regardless of party.

I'm not sure if she can win, but its going to be a horse race, plus I'm not so sure she needs to win. The narrative may be "fought the good fight in the most right wing, conservative state in America, poor little single mother up against all those horrible republicans, oh and wait till the national media gets "abortion barbie". You guys may not like it but some serious new Democratic talent coming out of Texas.

I think that as the campaign goes along and people find out more about her, her chances will diminish. This is Texas after all. A lot of women will refuse to vote for someone gave up her children, regardless of her reasoning.

But Manky, what's coming out of your brain is pure garbage.

Translation: I probably shouldn't just out and out lie. I need to be more focused on being truthful, rather than lying to make myself look like a better candidate than I really am.

Her past family issues make her a flawed candidate.....especially the custody issue with her kids. That wouldn't fly in a lot of liberal states, much less Texas.

She may have gotten a lot of national support for her filibuster, but i am pretty sure it was to stall a law that was passed by popular vote in Texas.
