How many of you non-government types have tomorrow off? I am making my employees work, does this make me a bad boss?

Government type here, and they're making us come in to watch the movie "42" as a squadron.

If I were back in the states, I would have the day off.

My dad works for a big gas company and has the choice of either MLK or Mardi Gras off.

I guess it's better than nothing, but I'm surprised no one's sued yet.

Pretty sure I've worked every MLK day ever when I've been working full time.

My office has MLK day off...a lot of other divisions in my company have to work, though. As a result, I typically get so damn many phone calls that it is not like I am even off. In recent years I have just gone in to work and taken Good Friday off instead.....

I don't have work, but I'm way behind so I'll probably go to the office anyway for a little while.
