Does this make any sense? (bar drink prices)

The bar im at has margaritas and frozen drinks prices listed behind the bar.
12 ounce, $5
16 ounce $7.50
22 ounce $10
Shouldnt they want u to buy the larger drinks? So shouldn't a 22 ounce be cheaper than 2 12 ounces?

And remember, according to Deadspin and all of the OT bartenders you are an arse if you don't tip twice the cost of the drink. Because they "work so hard" getting that frozen drink out of the machine, they don't get a living wage, etc, etc.
