Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Quality is excellent.

Mr. Burton has installed more wood floors in BR than anyone else.

ETA: About 10 or 11 years ago he put a new hardwood floor in our bedroom. Last year the floor got spongy in front of the fireplace. It felt like it was popping up in a spot about 3' X 3'.

I called Mr Burton and explained the situation. He has put in new floors or refinished 5 wood floors in rooms in our house over the years and he remembered us right down to the type of floor they installed in our bedroom a decade before.

He sent one of his guys the next day. The guy was there about 2 hours re-gluing the floor in the bedroom. When he finished I asked him how much I owed them. He said "Mr. Burton said no charge. The floor should not have loosened after only 10 years." Top notch company.
