Any recent purchases from Palmetto State?

I bought a lower and an LPK on Monday and the order status still says processing, even though my CC was charged Monday. No emails about shipping or anything.
Figured it may be slow due to Shot Show, but both items were In Stock and the CC was charged which has me slightly worried.
Anyone else run into issues with slow processing there?

I don't know. They pissed off Hammertime pretty bad. He says their customer service is shite. You may have the same experience if it takes too long.

It's been my experience they are pretty slow to ship. They qualify this in their terms, at least on my purchases.
I bought ammo and magazines from them yesterday and their fine print read that it could take up to 5 days to begin processing the order. FWIW

That's what I figured. Just wanted to see if anyone had similar experience before I made the decision to call and raise hell about something that's pretty standard for them.

They are slow. 5 days usually before they ship. They always have great deals so I give them a pass. I check their website just about every day. Bought about 10 of the blemished lowers when they were around $70 with parts kit and only have 2-3 left.

Now you know what to do instead of trying to save $20. Sorry, but I value customer service more than a 2% lower price on a $100 item
Their excuse is either:
backorder
too many orders
in processing
FFL
SHOT show
Basically sounds like crawfishermen and oyster fishermen complaining about every little thing in the world being wrong. I am predicting them failing as a business within 3 years

My shield was slow coming and ended up getting to FFL on Christmas eve. The website will say processing until it's at your door.

Don't worry about PSA. One of the most reputable firearm/ammo site on the web.

I ordered an upper, lower parts kit, and stripped lower on Saturday, the the upper and parts kit shipped out last night but no word on the stripped lower

I got the BCM 16" SOCOM with ambi charge and auto bolt carrier group for $730 at my door in less than 5 days from purchase

I built an AR right before Christmas. I ordered a LPK from Palmetto, upper and furniture from BCM, and stripped lower, buffer kit and trigger group from JoeBob Outfitters. The first thing I ordered was from Palmetto and it was the last thing that came in. All parts were in stock. Chalked it up to being Xmas time. Both BCM and JoeBob are a pleasure to deal with.

A buddy of mine went to PSA a few weeks ago. Said its just a mom and pop store. Said everyone there was very friendly. I know I get frustrated at slow delivery but I understand. Bravo is legit. Their blemished uppers are usually perfect.
Best deal I got on my last build was PSA blemished auto bolt for 89. Never seen a deal that good since.
