Just made the switch to the Android Darkside and wanted to ask the OT Gurus if there is any type of aftermarket Bluetooth device made to use for a car to stream music thru the car radio.

I actually installed this in my care two nights ago. Super easy and works great so far. It works with android and iOS as far as I know. I have a Galaxy S4 and it works flawlessly. There is an app you download which allows you to change the FM frequency, manage paired devices, etc. This is not an fm transmitter. It just shuts off the radio signal when it is in use and sends the signal through the antennae input. Alternatively, if your factory radio has an aux input you can plug into that instead of into the radio input.

I got mine on eBay for $84.

This is a scaled down version that only transmits the music (and only works with android). The one I posted previously also allows for hands free calling

pretty much. The only issue would be if your radio as a different antennae input, but most have the standard. I just spliced into the cigarette lighter for power, connected a few wires that come with the kit to the main unit(microphone and control button), and downloaded the app. It was super easy.

Hmm, I have a huge multi media station thing with my car so I am not sure if it will work.

Just bought this for my wife's car. Works great. Also allows hands free phone calls. I installed it myself and had to buy the wiring harness for the car make & model.

What do you have? If you have an auxiliary input, you can use that instead of the radio input; however, I would guess that your radio still has an antennae input...
