I'm looking forward to seeing Ross in the rotation. He was brought up as a starter and moved straight to the bullpen from Double A. I like him a lot. We did fine with a make shift of guys at the 5 spot last year with guys Tespech and Grimm... among others. We should be okay until the All Star break with in house options. With that said, there's still quite a ways until spring training and who do have money to go buy some help as well.
While the media outlets aren't linking the Rangers as one of the main suitors for Tanaka, what people don't realize is that we've been scouting him heavily for well over a year already. I wouldn't count the Rangers out for him.
And while many might not agree, including Feliz himself, I still would like to see him it another go as a starting pitcher since we have Soria and Scheppers as legitimate closing options as well.

If the rangers can just tread water or get hot and have a good first half, it will be a shot in the arm to get him back. Won't hurt too bad as long as the rangers don't do too bad in the first half.
